Serving the Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and surrounding Metro Area in Minnesota. Lee's Limousine was started by Leland (Lee) Casto March 2nd 1993. We belong to the (Mn.C.T.A.) Minnesota Chauffeured Transportation Association which is an organization that is limited to Limousine companies that have been thourghly checked out by their membership commitee. Each company must meet strict criteria for ethics and good business practices, as well as having vehicles inspected by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (M.N.D.O.T.). All drivers must meet certain qualifications provided by the state.
